CN Labels and Product Formulation Statements

Certain processed food items served on the CACFP require a child nutrition (CN) label or product formulation statement (PFS) in order to be creditable. Please use the table below to download the CN label or PFS for some commonly served products. Note this list is not intended to be all inclusive.

You may use this as a guide to selecting CN labeled products, but you will still need to provide an actual CN label or product formulation statement (PFS) for the items served.
